Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Ghee ¼ cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) 7-8
-Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp
-Kewra water 2-3 drops
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 150 gms (1 packet)

Directions:
-In wok,add ghee and let it melt,add cardamom and fry until fragrant.
-Add water,sugar,yellow food color and kewra water,mix well & cook until sugar dissolves.
-Add vermicelli and mix well.
-Cover and put it on simmer for 10-12 minutes.
-Garnish with pistachio and almonds.

Recipe in Urdu:

Ajza:
-Ghee ¼ cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) 7-8
-Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1/3 Cup or to taste
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp
-Kewra water 2-3 drops
-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) 150 gms (1 packet)

Directions:
-Karhai mein ghee dal ker melt karein,hari elaichi dal ker khusbhu anay tak fry ker lein.
-Pani,cheeni,zarda ka rang aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur 10-12 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Pista aur badam sa garnish karein.
