GREEN CHUTNEY Recipe

Ingredients of Green Chutney Recipe:

½ medium bunch fresh coriander leaves
¼ small bunch fresh mint leaves
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped
2 green chillies
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon split Bengal gram (chana dal)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
Black salt to taste
Juice of ½ lemon

Method:

  1. Blend together ginger, green chillies, garlic cloves, split Bengal gram, salt and sugar into fine mixture.
  2. Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, black salt, lemon juice and 2-3 tablespoons water and blend into smooth mixture.
  3. Serve.
